Where do you ship, and are there any delivery restrictions?

We currently ship exclusively to physical residential and commercial street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

How long does processing and shipping take?

In-stock orders undergo thorough system checks and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard ground transit usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once carrier pickup is confirmed.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes. To ensure the safety of your high-value system, every order strictly requires a recipient signature upon delivery. Signature waivers are not permitted through MLOONG BLD. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a secure pickup location

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact info@mloongbld.com or live chat immediately if you notice an error in your address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified after the shipment is released to the carrier.

How is my PC protected during shipping, and what if it arrives damaged?

Every MLOONG PC is fitted with internal high-density expanding foam to secure the GPU and internal components, then packed in double-walled cartons. (You must open the glass side panel and remove all internal packaging foam before powering on!) If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the box, shipping label, internal foam, and damaged parts, and report it to info@mloongbld.com within 48 hours of delivery.

What is your 30-day return policy?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the carrier-recorded delivery date. All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Are there any restocking fees or shipping charges on returns?

Unopened / Unused Items: No restocking fee, but actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.Opened / Used Items (Non-Defective): Subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the product purchase price, plus customer-paid return shipping and outbound shipping deductions.Verified Defective Items or MLOONG Errors: The 10% restocking fee is waived, and a prepaid standard ground return label is provided.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Order cancellations can only be processed free of charge before your system enters the packing, testing, or carrier release stage. Once a tracking label is generated or the item is packed, the order must be processed under our standard Return Policy.

How do I correctly ship a return back to MLOONG?

What is covered under the MLOONG 1-Year Limited Warranty?

Every new MLOONG BLD prebuilt desktop includes a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty (covering parts and repair labor) plus Lifetime Technical Support. If an original hardware component experiences a manufacturing defect under normal consumer use within 12 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Who pays for shipping costs if I need warranty repair?

Days 1–30 Post-Delivery: MLOONG provides a prepaid ground return shipping label and covers round-trip ground shipping for confirmed hardware defects.Days 31–365: The customer is responsible for shipping and insuring the product to our Newark, DE service facility. MLOONG covers the standard ground shipping cost to send the repaired system back to you.

Are monitors and standalone accessories covered under the PC system warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Monitors, standalone keyboards, mice, and third-party peripherals are covered by their respective individual manufacturer warranties or specific product-page policies rather than the 1-year desktop system warranty.

Will opening my PC case or upgrading components void my warranty?

Accepted Answer

Opening the chassis or adding compatible memory/storage does not automatically void your warranty. However, MLOONG does not warrant third-party parts, and any damage caused during installation, overclocking, or by third-party hardware is not covered. Original factory configurations must be restored before sending a unit in for warranty diagnosis.

How do I submit a warranty claim or request tech support?

Absolutely. We strictly use name-brand hardware from industry leaders like ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, Intel, AMD, Corsair, and Kingston. We never use generic, proprietary, or unbranded OEM filler components.
