This policy supplements the Return Policy and applies to monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers, cables, adapters, and other standalone accessories sold through MLOONG BLD, operated by MLOONG DIGITAL LIMITED. Questions and claims may be submitted to info@mloongbld.com.
Returns
Eligible monitors and accessories may be returned within the same 30-day return window. For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. Opened, installed, activated, or used products are subject to the 10% restocking fee. Unopened and unused products with complete original packaging are not subject to the restocking fee, although applicable outbound-shipping deductions may apply.
All protective films, stands, mounting hardware, power supplies, remote controls, cables, adapters, manuals, and original packaging must be returned. Missing or damaged items may result in a reasonable deduction.
Monitor Pixel Conditions
LCD and OLED manufacturing processes may permit a limited number or type of bright, dark, or stuck pixels. A pixel condition is considered a defect only when it meets the published pixel policy or warranty standard of the manufacturer for the exact monitor model. Unless a product page expressly states a more favorable MLOONG BLD pixel guarantee, one bright, dark, or stuck pixel does not automatically qualify the monitor as defective.
Pixel claims require clear photographs or video, the monitor serial number, and reasonable diagnostic steps. A monitor that does not meet the applicable defect threshold may still be returned within 30 days as a non-defective return, subject to customer-paid return shipping and the 10% opened/used restocking fee.
Product Warranty
Monitors and standalone accessories are not covered by the prebuilt desktop system warranty. They receive only the separate warranty expressly stated on the product page or the original manufacturer’s warranty. If no separate MLOONG BLD warranty is stated, warranty service after the 30-day return period must be requested from the manufacturer. We will provide reasonable proof-of-purchase assistance upon request.
Hygiene-Sensitive and Consumable Items
Opened or used ear cushions, in-ear products, cleaning products, thermal compounds, and other hygiene-sensitive or consumable items are not eligible for non-defective return unless applicable law requires otherwise. Defective claims remain subject to verification and the applicable manufacturer warranty.
